RWC v.5 Indev Released

Indev version 5 is released.

New: 1600x900 screen. More comprehensive logging. Work-in-progress action button group. V-sync enabled.

Fixed: Object selector only working with debug info up fixed.

Coming up: Configuration files for window size and world size. Clickable action buttons. Colonist.
